Please note that all items are currently on pre-order and will be dispatched to customers taking place in May 2021. Updates will be provided accordingly.

Once an order is placed, we will dispatch to Australia Post the next business day. Order confirmations will be sent once an order is placed. Please note that orders currently on Pre-order will not be dispatched until May. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification to your email address.
All orders placed before midday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day (where stock is available).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand.
At Joni, we understand that your purchase may not be suitable. If you wish to return your purchase, please read the conditions below.
You are eligible to return your purchase if within 7 business days from the date of delivery, you return your item to Po box 62 STIRLING, SA, 5152 and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return or exchange request, and meet the following criteria:
- Only Full Priced items are eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed using the original payment type, excluding delivery charges. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- All online returns will be at the customer’s expense.
- Goods must be received by Joni within 7 business days of receiving your order. Joni reserves the right to deny the request of return if goods are not received by Joni in the time period.
Goods purchased on sale or full-priced items on temporary promotion are not eligible for return for refund or exchange and are final sale. By purchasing a sale item on further markdown, you agree that the item cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by the company.
Goods can be returned subject to the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached) and include all original packaging including dust bags. We will not accept returns with signs of wear/ markings or scratches.
- All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.
Joni will assess the goods to determine whether they meet the above conditions for return. Joni reserves the right not to approve a return request if the Goods being returned do not meet the above Conditions.
Exceptions to Return Policy:
For hygiene reasons, our change of mind policy does not apply to underwear, swimwear, and hair accessories.
Joni Return Policy is subject always to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Goods purchased from Joni online boutique should be returned using Australia Post Express with tracking.
Joni does not accept responsibility for any goods lost by Australia Post or damaged in transit.
Step 1. Contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform our team of your intention to return. We kindly ask you to include your original order number and the details of the item/s you wish to return in your request email.
Step 2. Return your purchase to PO BOX. 62, STIRLING, SA, 5152
Step 3. We kindly ask you to return your item using a secure postage bag to return your item/s.
As soon as your parcel is scanned by Australia Post, our Customer Care team will be notified that your return is on its way.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed by our team.
